We combine a company-owned vehicle fleet with a collaborative network of trusted operators and guides. Randy Zúñiga

Randy Zúñiga is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Come See Costa Rica, a tourism and transportation company he founded nine years ago. Based in San José, Costa Rica, he has led the company as General Manager since 2018, overseeing transfer services, tourist guide operations and the company’s continued development.

Under his leadership, Come See Costa Rica has developed a flexible operating model combining a company-owned vehicle fleet with a collaborative network of operators and guides. His expertise includes marketing strategy, key project management, budget administration and sustainable growth, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

His broader professional background includes fraud analysis, iGaming, payment methods and foreign investment attraction—experience that supports the company’s financial, commercial and expansion strategy.

Randy Wright

Randy Wright arrived in Costa Rica from Michigan ten years ago. From the moment he landed, he recognized an opportunity for a VIP transportation service tailored to American travelers visiting Costa Rica.

An expatriate and retiree who previously worked at Pfizer, Randy joined forces with Randy Zúñiga around a shared vision of providing VIP transportation to tourists and business travelers. His broad professional experience has contributed to the company’s high-level development and growth.

Today, Randy manages the U.S. and Canadian markets for Come See Costa Rica, helping expand the company’s reach and reputation among North American clients.
